Sustainable transnational platform for exchange of good practices and knowledge on regenerative agriculture and permaculture to support climate change mitigation and adaptation aims to raise awareness of the target groups on the importance of ecosystem- based solutions to support climate change mitigation and adaptation, engage them in creation of transnational e-learning platform -e-farm for exchange of good practices and knowledge, improve their access to the e-farm, involve them in capacity building activities and pilot projects to ensure use of the ecosystem-based technologies, exploit the opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
